These are the Global Access Lawyers website Terms & Conditions
This website is provided by Global Access Lawyers. Global Access Lawyers is an association between the insurance teams at like-minded, independent law firms. Member firms are based across the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong (RPC), Australia (Colin Biggers & Paisley), USA (Hinshaw & Culbertson), France (HMN), Netherlands (Kennedy van der Laan) and Canada (Miller Thomson).
Each firm is committed to retaining their own independence and this website relates only to the insurance services provided by those firms. The association has been set up as a non-exclusive basis so that member firms are able to participate in other international (non-insurance) networks. It is limited to one representative firm per country to ensure that we operate fairly and select the best and leading independent firm in that region.
Global Access Lawyers will not itself provide any legal services. The legal services will be provided by each individual firm, maintaining their brand. To find out more about their data and privacy policies please see each firms' website pages.
Any reference to a partner means a member, or a consultant or employee with equivalent standing and qualifications, of the respective member firm or any of its affiliated firms or entities and not to Global Access Lawyers.
